The City of Idaho Springs and Clear Creek County, with the support of the municipalities of Georgetown, Silver Plume, and Empire, are seeking planning and facilitation services for a project funded in part by a grant from the Colorado Innovative Housing Opportunity Program (IHOP) to advance the adoption of innovative strategies to develop and preserve housing resources across the continuum of housing in our region. Tasks include conducting a Community Engagement and Education Campaign, developing Zoning, Regulatory and Policy Recommendations, and studying the feasibility of establishing a Multi-Jurisdictional Housing Authority (MJHA).
