Renovation of a residential development in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Sealed proposals will be received on general contracts for the rehabilitation of one (1) residential rental structure in the City of Cedar Falls, IA. This work is being financed through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. This is a re-bid of a previous bid letting that received no response. Bids are being solicited by invitation and through published public notice. Bids received from contractors barred from participation in federally assisted projects will be rejected. All bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. For bids to be considered responsive, a bid amount must be provided for each line item. The deadline for questions about the bid specifications is Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at 4:00 pm.
