**As of December 07,2022, project was awarded to Landberg Construction, LLC, Project No 1 Minnetonka Rd Improvements Muscoday Circle to Minnehaha Rd bid was $227,303.67 and Project No 2 Minnetonka Rd. to Wakonda Rd was low bid at $279,538.00 making a total of $506,841.97.** The rehabilitation projects involve roadway milling and resurfacing, replacement/repair of storm drainage pipe and inlets, concrete sidewalks, curb, and ADA compliant ramps, and related work. Improvement Project No.1 generally involves installation of about 372' of 12" and 15" RCP, milling about 1,902 SY, resurfacing with about 186 tons of HMA, and related work, and Project No. 2 generally involves installation of about 756' of 15", 18", and 24" RCP, milling about 2,266 SY, resurfacing with about 237 tons of HMA, and related work. Bids will not be accepted after the specified time and cannot be accepted electronically. Proposals must be on the official proposal form. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Clerk, Borough of Hi-Nella, 100 Wykagyl Road, Hi-Nella, New Jersey 08083 and identified as: "Project No. 1 Minnetonka Road Improvements (Muscoday Circle to Minnehaha) and Project No. 2 Minnetonka Road Improvements (Minnehaha to Wakonda)". The basis of award will be the sum of the amounts bid for Projects No. 1 and No. 2 (i.e., the Total Bid Amount shall be the sum of the bid amounts for Projects No. 1 and No. 2). Specifications provide for receipt of bids by mail. Those bids which are mailed to the contracting unit shall be sealed, properly marked, and shall only be opened for examination at such time and place as all bids received are unsealed and announced. The Borough and its Solicitor will be the sole discretionary body for consideration or rejection of the proposals. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REGULATIONS: Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (49.16).
