Reference number : 1647592 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-10-17 The OMHM is inviting tenders for the demolition and decontamination work at Habitations Angers located at 1625 rue Galt in the south west borough of Montreal. The work will be performed in a seven (7) storey building with a total of 102 units and a community room that is intended for seniors. The project consists of performing all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: The complete stripping of 62 units and all common areas following a disaster in a unit located on the 6th floor; The removal of some sections of floor finishes and metal furring in a total of 40 units located on the 6th and 7th floors, as well as on the lower floors. These 40 units have already been cleared following the disaster and all partitions are demolished; Fungal decontamination and asbestos removal; Removal of soot from the 6th floor and stairwells; Disposal of demolition debris and cleaning. During the construction work, the entire building will be vacant.
