Site work and paving for a civil project in Robeson Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Garey Road - Contract A - Stream Stabilization (North Side), Pavement Restoration and Contract B - Re-Pavement Project The wages paid shall be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961, P.L. 987 as amended and supplemented, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of 1955, P.L. 744, No. 222, as amended June 25,1997 by Act 34 of 1997, 43 P.S. 951-963, shall also apply to this Contract. The project includes the stabilization of the stream embankment for un-named tributary to the Schuylkill River by removing existing vegetation, placement of Rock Rip-Rap, and reconstruction of bituminous pavement for a portion of Garey Road (T-353). Contract A, includes; removing existing vegetation, placement of Rock Rip-Rap Apron, installation of Guiderail and related restoration. Contract B, bid work relates to re-paving Garey Road (approx. 4,332 LF) from Center Road to East Main Street (S.R. 0724). The Bidder and all Subcontractors of Contract B must be prequalified by PennDOT for the type of project work specified in order to bid the project, and PennDOT prequalification certificates must be submitted by the Bidder and all Subcontractors. Union Township, Berks County, reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all bids, and to delete any item or portion of an item without affecting the bids on the remaining items or portion of items Question Deadline 03/10/2023 at 12:00 PM ET
