Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of November 11,2022, this project was awarded to Crossland Heavy Contractors in the amount of $7,741,106.75. This project includes the extension of South Dixieland Road from Apple Blossom south to Wagon Wheel Road in Springdale, Arkansas. Contract items include concrete sidewalk, asphalt pavement, water and sewer improvements, curb and gutter, street lighting, drainage improvements, and other miscellaneous items. Paving (Highway, Road or Street), Sewer and Water Construction, Roadway Pavement Markings, Roadway Lighting, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.), Drainage, Dredging, Ditches and Canals Addendums to the bid package will be issued through the online Plan Holders List; therefore, all prime bidders shall be responsible for downloading the bid documents from the online plan room in order to be included in the Plan Holders List. Prime bidders should be registered on the Garver Plan Holders List in order to submit a bid on the project.
