Construction - Air Museum Fire Sprinkler System The City of Fayetteville, AR is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of a fire sprinkler system at the Arkansas Air & Military Museum. Each bid exceeding $50,000 shall be accompanied by a cashier's check from a bank doing business in the State of Arkansas or a corporate bid bond in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. In the event a bidder opts to submit a cashier's check for a bid bond, the actual physical cashier's check shall be delivered to the City prior to the deadline. A one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bond is required with the contract awarded. A State of Arkansas Contractor's License is required for all bids exceeding $50,000 and license shall be valid at the time of bid deadline.
