The Town of Gilbert, Arizona (hereinafter "Town") is soliciting qualified Proposers to provide landscaping maintenance services for its Trails, Amenities and Periodic Cleanups. This is in effort to reach the Town's goals of enhancing services for residents and improving operations and efficiencies for the Town. AWARD TERMS The initial Agreement term will commence upon execution of the Agreement, January 1, 2023 and continue through December 31, 2023. The Agreement may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms. ISSUE DATE October 3, 2022 DUE DATE October 31, 2022 at 2:00pm Local Arizona Time. The Town of Gilbert reserves the right to issue RFP amendments after the question and answer period, October 3, 2022 to October 20, 2022.
