Assessment, design and construction of fire station 4, originally designed and built as a neighborhood fire station. The assessment will determine whether a remodel of the station, or a complete rebuild would be the most economically prudent to meet current fire station design standards and operations to meet Gilbert's needs as a large municipality. The project is included in the City's 2026-2035 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
