The Town of Yarmouth is requesting bids from interesting parties to supply and install a new heavy-duty truck scale and accompanying electronics necessary to automate the customer-facing applications at the Yarmouth Commercial Transfer Station, located at 50 Workshop Road, Yarmouth, MA. All inquiries with respect to this Invitation to Bid and the Contract Documents must be in writing to Svetlana Salemme at: procurement@yarmouth.ma.us The successful Bidder shall meet the terms and conditions set forth in this document and all other attachments. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, c. 30, 39M, and all contracts must be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of this Act. The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids which are not responsible and/or responsive, in whole or in part, as deemed in the best interest of the Town.
