Award of a contract will be considered by City Council at its meeting at 7:00 PM on November 7, 2022. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bid bond or cash in the amount of 10% of the bid. The successful bidder, when awarded the contract, shall furnish the bond guaranteeing performance of the contract with sufficient surety in the amount of 100% of the amount of the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waiver any minor discrepancies in the bids or specifications when deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
