Method of Bidding will be as follows: UNIT PRICE CONTRACT for construction of the CITY OF ST. CLAIRSVILLE - WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS - PHASES 1 & 2A including installation of 4,405 feet of 10-inch, 12,809 feet of 8-inch, and 24,363 feet of 6-inch PVC water main by open trench and horizontal direction drill methods to replace similar lengths of existing cast iron water distribution main; making tie-ins to existing water mains; fire hydrant replacements, customer reconnections, restoration of disturbed areas; and other miscellaneous work necessary to provide a complete operational replacement water distribution system as described in the Contract Documents.
