Reference number : 1648168 Review Title : Inspection and maintenance - Fire alarm systems and panels Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-10-17 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document General description : The Integrated University Health and Social Services Center of Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean is looking for one or more SERVICE PROVIDERS for inspection and maintenance services for fire alarm systems and panels, including : Annual preventive inspection; Corrective maintenance; A preventive maintenance program; Replacement of defective parts; Programming; Minor and major modification of the fire alarm systems and, where applicable, the control systems installed in the various Establishments in the region; Training; 24/7 access to technical support. Allotment: The PRINCIPAL divides the fleet of equipment into FOUR (4) separate lots corresponding to one or more manufacturers: BATCH #1 SIEMENS LOT #2 EDWARDS LOT #3 SIMPLEXGRINNEL (Elder Houses) LOT #4 OTHER including MIRCOM / EST / DESIGO / FIREFIRE-LITE / NOTIFIER / SUMMIT The document "Appendix F.01 - Register - Fire alarm panels" filed in the appendix hereto, lists the equipment, control panels and devices for each establishment. BIDDERS should refer to it to find out about the initial services to be provided to each of the establishments of the lot(s) concerned. Initial term: The initial term of the Agreement is FIVE (5) years from its entry into force, unless terminated prematurely in accordance with the other provisions of the Agreement. Renewal : The SERVICE PROVIDER grants ONE (1) option to renew the Contract for an additional period of TWO (2) years. Estimated volume: The estimated volume of the Contract is established according to the current specific needs for each of the establishments of each lot. The evaluation of the annual volume was carried out by the PUBLIC BODY according to the available data, and are presented for information purposes only. The TENDERER acknowledges that the quantities presented are used only for the calculation of the lowest Bid and for the initial implementation of the services. They in no way constitute a form of commitment on the part of the PUBLIC BODY. The services and services may vary during the Contract. Duration : 5 years
