Renovation of a mixed-use development in Amarillo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 11/16/2022, project has been awarded to Plains Plumbing for $246,904.48. The Potter County Commissioners' Court is soliciting Bids for the replacement of 6 thermo cooling units for Potter County Detention Center as set forth in this Request for Bids. The Potter County Detention Center needs to replace the old 1993 Air Handler / Heater / Cooling Coils combo units that are rated at 60% efficacy or less. With the age of the units (1993/94) that are on their last years of operation and repair parts that are somewhat hard to purchase or the parts are benign adjusted / retrofitted to fit the units. Potter County Commissioners Court reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Multi-year contracts are subject to appropriation by the Commissioners Court. The Commissioners Court reserves the right to award by lump sum discount, to make exception(s) to the bid specifications, and to waive formalities and technicalities for the best interest of Potter County. The Potter County Auditor will process payments after notification of satisfactory receipt of items/services. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
