This project has been awarded to Fischer. replacement of the existing roof on a portion of the High School and the Annex building at the Elementary School. he last day to submit questions prior to bidding is October 20, 2022. Direct all inquiries to Corey Zachow, MMEC, corey@mmecarchitecture.com The general nature of the work is as follows: The work includes Demolition of existing roofing and construction of the following: Remove and dispose of existing roofing and debris, to include hazardous materials at the elementary school annex. Installation of new TPO roof system at elementary school annex.Installation of new metal roof over existing metal roof on a portion of the high school.Substantial completion: July 30, 2023 The last day to submit questions prior to bidding is October 20, 2022.
