Site work for a water / sewer project in Mercer Island, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
W or k ge ne ra lly c onsists of installing 4,310 LF of ITV cured. CIPP into existing 8-inch diameter sewer main, constructing 1. access pit over a sewer main to facilitate Cl PP lining, install ing 1 cleanout access point to the sewer during backfill of the sewer access pit, and installing 59 service connection seals to seal the joint between the sewer main and the service. Temporary traffic control and devices, property restoration and other miscellaneous items will also be necessary to complete the work. Asingle contract is to be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest. responsive bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities.
