This prequalification requirement applies even if the subcontractor will perform, or is designated to perform, work that does not require one of the licenses listed above, but the subcontractor holds one of the licenses listed above. Each bid must strictly conform with and be responsive to the Contract Documents as defined in the General Conditions.
