For furnishing materials only for the completion of the following project: Indian pines golf course irrigation system and pump station Indian Pines Recreation Authority is seeking bids for the materials only for a new 722 head irrigation system at Indian Pines Golf Course, based on the design by Ian Williams of Green Irrigation Solutions for Bergin Golf Designs. This project includes, but is not limited to, the assemblage for installation of an automatic sprinkler system and pump station with enclosure which must efficiently irrigate all required areas of the golf course and will be installed during an extensive renovation to the property. All bidders are required to be compliant with the BeasonHammon Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act, Act No. 2011-535 (Code of Alabama (1975) 31- 13-9) as amended May 16, 2012 regarding employment practices. The successful bidder is responsible for acquiring the appropriate business licenses and permits to conduct work within the City of Auburn and the City of Opelika. Your attention in particular is invited to the "Instructions for Bidders", which is to be followed in all respects. The Indian Pines Authority, Inc. reserves the right to select the lowest responsible bidder as is in the best interest of the Indian Pines Golf Course, to award the purchase contract from any of the bids, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in bids received. Bids will be good for thirty (30) days after being opened by the Indian Pines Recreation Authority, Inc.
