Notice is hereby given that Goshen Irrigation District (GID) will receive sealed bids at the office of GID For the provision and delivery of materials for the GID 29.4 Pipe Replacement Phase II project The items to be supplied as listed on the bid schedule consist of the following major quantities (approximately): 30 SDR-51 PIP Gasketed PVC Pipe 3,500 LF PVC Pipe for Air Vent 20 LF Air Vent and Vacuum Relief Valve (4 ) 3 EA 6 x6 x30 PVC Tee for Air Vent 3 EA 11.25 (30 ) Bend 11 EA 22.5 (30 ) Bend 1 EA There will not be a pre-bid conference for this project. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided in accordance with the contract documents. ...the contract shall be let to the responsible certified resident making the lowest bid if the certified resident s bid is not more than five percent (5%) higher than that of the lowest responsible nonresident bidder. (WY Statute 16-6-102) Preference will be given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied, or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state. (WY Statute 16-6-106). To reject any or all bids or schedules, and to waive minor irregularities and formalities therein, and to award the contract in whole or in part in the best interest of the Buyer.
