Renovation of a municipal facility in Jackson, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Firms will be selected to complete a project manual complete with plans and specifications for HVAC and BAS upgrades for the General Services Building located at 185 East Simpson Street, Jackson, WY. Each respondent shall submit a response according to the format below along with a fee proposal for this project. The desired outcomes are plans and specifications for the demolition and disposal of existing HVAC equipment and its replacement with new HVAC and BAS systems. It is anticipated that it will be necessary to replace 3 furnace units, replace 2 condensing units, and provide a 3rd condensing unit where one does not currently exist. The 3rd unit is to add air conditioning to the basement level which is currently not air conditioned. County desires better controls of ventilation ducting and zoning, and the installation of a Building Automation System following County guidelines for Tridium Niagara 4 DDC. A subsequent phase of this project will include construction phase services and commissioning of completed systems. A goal of this project is to complete design and go to Request for Proposals on a schedule that would facilitate construction in spring of 2023. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
