Renovation of a municipal facility in Jackson, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Teton County is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in search of firms that have expertise and experience in the field of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) design and engineering in health service-related fields. The desired outcomes are plans and specifications for the demolition and disposal of existing HVAC equipment and its replacement with new systems that will provide enhanced levels of air exchange, filtering, disinfection, and humidification. The Health Dept is an essential facility serving the public in the control and mitigation of infectious diseases, as well as other health related services. As such, the County desires to provide an enhanced level of indoor air quality that will both protect the health of the Health Dept staff as well as the health of the general public seeking services at the facility. A subsequent phase of this project will include construction phase services and commissioning of completed systems. A goal of this project is to complete design and go to Request for Proposals on a schedule that would facilitate construction in Fiscal Year 2024 (beginning July 1, 2023). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
