The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. Request for Statements of Qualifications Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Jackson Region Employee Housing Project Phase 1 The State Construction Department (Procuring Agency) will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) for the Wyoming Game & Fish Department s Jackson Region Employee Housing Phase 1 project in Jackson, WY. This project will consist of CMAR services to provide comprehensive preconstruction and the possibility of construction management services for the Jackson Region Employee Housing Phase 1 project. This is not a Request for Proposals. The State of Wyoming is not obligated by this announcement to award any contract. Responding Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR s) may be invited to submit proposals pending the outcome of this request for qualifications. Estimated Project Completion date (Phase 1): June 2024
