The duration of this contract covers a period of six (6) months, from May 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023 and is renewable for two (2) other years. Green space maintenance work is carried out over a period extending from May 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023 or according to climatic needs which vary from one season to another. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified check, money order, irrevocable letter of guarantee or tender bond issued by an institution. financial institution which is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Act respecting insurance (RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice suretyship insurance, a trust company holding a license issued under the Act on trust companies and savings companies (RSQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative covered by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RSQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (SC, 1991, c. 46), failing which the tender will be automatically rejected.
