Stormwater Pond Services. Fulton County Schools is seeking bids from contractors for restoration and maintenance of stormwater retention, detention, and water quality ponds (and associated rock filter dams, filter rings, forebays, micro-pools, sand filters, outlet control structures, spillways, inlet and discharge channels). FCS expects to schedule work at about 5 to 10 stormwater ponds per year under this contract. The Contractor shall supply labor, equipment, tools, means of transportation, traffic control, and incidentals to perform work, and to ensure a safe work environment for employees and the public in the vicinity of the job site. The Contractor shall obtain all necessary work permits and comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations and ordinances governing the work.
