The City of Tucker, Georgia requests that interested parties submit proposals for city-wide handyman services. This submittal shall include hourly rates for specific tasks, for principle and any possible laborers/subcontractors, and shall be on-going with full scopes issued for individual projects: (these examples are not all inclusive and may require miscellaneous projects in facilities and parks) o Light carpentry for facility repairs at City Hall, Tucker Recreation Center, City Annex and numerous park structures and facilities. o Electrical repairs in facilities, parks facilities, pools and miscellaneous areas. o Plumbing repairs in facilities, parks facilities and pools. o Light masonry and concrete projects o General building repairs and renovations (i.e. hanging bulletin boards, plaques, pictures, maps, repairs and/or building shelving, etc.) o Flooring installation, repairs and replacement (tile, carpet, engineered, etc.) QUESTIONS: Submit all questions in writing to procurement@tuckerga.gov reference Bid #2022-017. Deadline for Questions October 18, 2022 Responses to Questions Posted (Addenda) October 20, 2022 The term of this contract shall be for one (1) year from the beginning date, or such shorter time as may be indicated on the bid document and all orders issued and postmarked by the City during said term shall be filled at the contract price.
