The City of Scotts Valley is seeking a consultant or consultant team for project management for and production of an updated Scotts Valley Parks Master Plan and a newly created Recreation Division Strategic Plan. If you experience problems submitting your response, please contact Ali Robinson arobinson@scottsvalley.gov (831-783-5608) prior to the submission deadline The services upon which proposals are submitted shall equal or exceed the specifications outlined in the RFP. Preference is hereby given to labor, materials, supplies or provisions produced, manufactured or grown in California, quality and price being equal to articles or services offered by competitors outside the State of California. The lowest responsible and best proposal shall be accepted; provided, however, that the city, acting through its duly authorized representatives, shall have the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any informality or irregularity contained in said proposal. This Agreement shall become effective and shall remain in effect until May 30, 2025, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreement. Additionally, there shall be two one-year options to renew the Agreement with the mutual written consent of both parties. If not renewed prior to the anniversary date, this Agreement may continue on a month-to- month basis under the same terms and conditions as this Agreement for a maximum period not to exceed six months or until renewed.
