Site work for a road / highway in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Purpose. The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of three traffic signals (Forest Hill Ave @ Roanoke Rd, Chamberlayne Ave @ Westbrook Ave, and Brook Rd @ Brookland Park Blvd) to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to installation of traffic signal poles, conduits, junction boxes, wireless communication, traffic signal heads, pedestrian signal indicator (countdown), signage, sidewalk, wheelchair ramps, pavement markings, and other traffic related equipment. If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed Work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the proposed Contract Documents or discrepancies of any sort between existing conditions and proposed new Work, he must submit a written request for an interpretation to the Department of Procurement Services, 900 E. Broad Street Room 1104, Richmond, Virginia 23219. The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt and actual delivery by 5:00 P.M. on October 25, 2022.
