RFQ - Sycamore Street Environmental Remediation Consultant Services. The City is seeking written statements of qualification for professional environmental services for the Brownfield Remediation on Sycamore Street. City ofXenia, Ohio, will receive written statements of qualifications from professional environmental consulting firms to perform all required professional work required in the administration of a recently awarded Ohio Brownfield Remediation Program grant to the City of Xenia for the environmental remediation and demolition at 249 Sycamore Street, Xenia, Ohio. Ifthe Respondent requeststhe packet be mailed or delivered by courier, the Respondent shall be responsible for any costs associated with the Respondent's chosen method ofdelivery. The Statement ofQualifications shall be delivered to the Xenia City Clerk's Office, 107 E. Main St., Xenia, Ohio, 45385, and the outside of the sealed Statement shall be clearly marked with "SOQ for Sycamore Street Environmental Consulting Services." Six (6) copies of the Statement shall be submitted. Statements sent by fax or electronic format (email) will not be accepted. Statements will not be considered responsive unless submitted in accordance with the requirements ofthe RFQ. Respondents shall carefully examine the information contained in the RFQ before submitting a Statement. The submission of a Statement will be considered evidence that the Respondent made such an examination and is satisfied as to the requirements for the services to be rendered. The evaluation, ranking and contract negotiations for this RFQ shall comply with Ohio Revised Code Sections The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
