Work of this proposed Contract comprises building construction, renovation, and demolition, including general construction, structural, mechanical, electrical, and technology Work. 2.04 CONTRACT TIME A. Pre-construction Work may begin with issuance of Notice to Proceed. B. Perform the Work within the time stated in Section 00 41 00 - Bid Form. C. The bidder, in submitting an offer, accepts the Contract Time period stated for performing the Work. The completion date in the Agreement shall be the Contract Time added to the commencement date. 1.
