All work required to completely remove the, restroom and install new picnic shelter, restroom and flatwork, site furnishings, landscaping, irrigation, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Logan Street Englewood, CO 80113 Question Acceptance Deadline 10/20/2022 04:00 PM EDT General Requirements Insurance Required Local Service Required Warranty Information Required Bid Bond 5 % Performance Bond100 % Maintenance Bond 100 % Payment Bond 100 % The Bates/Logan park - phase 1 amenity updates project consists of all work required to completely remove the existing restroom facility and portions of the existing sidewalk network to be replaced by the proposed improvements. this project provides a new accessible restroom, picnic facility and improved walk for park users. along with the amenity updates, the existing landscape and irrigation systems will be modified to accommodate proposed site elements, while allowing for adequate maintenance access and circulation.
