Renovation of an educational facility in Plant City, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Hillsborough Community College is seeking qualifications from firms with design professionals licensed in the State of Florida to practice professional architectural/engineering services to consist of Develop Construction Drawings and Specifications for the complete building envelope restoration (excluding the roof) of the PEPC Building on the HCC Plant City Campus. This will include but not be limited to stucco crack repair, stucco repair, caulk removal and replacement, priming, painting and more. Documentation including pictures is included as an attachment to this RFQ document. The budgeted amount for this project, including design fees, is not to exceed $450,000. Submitting firms must have documented experience and references for projects similar in size and scope.
