Per the owner, as of June 10, 2024, construction has started on this project and the project is anticipated to be completed on September 15, 2024 unless delayed. Architectural/engineering Services for Hvac Upgrades and Replacements for Units Located at the Universities' Medical Education Center. Bluefield State University is Seeking Expressions of Interest From Qualified Design Professionals to Provide Architectural/engineering Services to Include Design and Construction Phase Administration Hvac Upgrades and Replacements for Unit Located at the Universities Medical Education Center. Contract May Be Expanded to Include Other Hvac Upgrades on All Campus Locations. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
