West Virginia University Field Hall Renovation The project consists of the renovation of an existing building with a total area of about 99,188 SF. The building is a Business Occupancy. The construction type is IIIB as defined by the IBC and Type III 200 as defined by the NFPA. The project will consist of renovating the interior finishes, removal of a few doors and portions of walls, new interior walls and doors as indicated in the drawings, replacement of existing elevator, Alternates Project will be constructed under a single prime contract Cut off for Questions: September 19, 2023 12:00 pm EST Substantial Completion shall be July 15, 2024. Final Completion shall be August 15, 2024 Liquidated Damages shall be One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Substantial Completion and Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Final Completion. The signed Bid Bond contained in the Contract Documents for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid
