Renovation of an educational facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating, as phase one of this solicitation process, this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") to solicit Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from qualified firms ("Qualifier") for the design, development, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of one or more plants which will provide steam (and potentially other utilities) to the University's Morgantown, West Virginia campus (the "Project"), as more fully described in this RFQ. Cutoff for Questions: Date: October 21, 2022 Time: 12:00 pm EST. Questions are to be posted on the Q&A Board for solicitation - in the event you cannot access the Q&A Board, emails may be sent to the Procurement Officer (and only the Procurement Officer) at: Todd Kiger, todd.kiger@mail.wvu.edu
