**As of November 17 ,2022, project was awarded to Visu-Sewer Inc., awarded amount is $1,327,411.50..** Sanitary and Storm Sewer Lining. Est. Completion Date: May 12, 2023. For furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary for the cured-in-place (CIP) trenchless lining rehabilitation and selective joint grouting of approximately 32,700 LF of 8"-18" diameter sanitary and storm sewer in various locations. A USB flash drive with available video of the pipe to be lined will be sent to prime bidders only. The above public work will be let to the lowest responsible bidder and must be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contracts on file with the City Clerk. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check equal to 10 percent of the bid or a bid bond in equal amount, payable to the City as guaranty that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and performance bond within ten days from the date the lowest responsible bidder's bid is accepted. In case the bidder fails to execute such contract and performance bond within the time set by the City, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages.
