Construction is underway. Completion of the hospital is January 2025. All trades are let. This tax-exempt project consists of a new replacement hospital and clinic building located on a 36 acre subdivision at the intersection of WI State Highway 23 and County Road K within the City of Darlington, WI. In addition to the hospital, the project will include a secondary building of a standalone garage of 3600 SF for maintenance storage and two residential units. This sealed public hard bid is for the award of MEP design-assist contractors. Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and Low Voltage scopes will be awarded off of this DD plan set.
