Renovation of a municipal facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The contract scope consists of: o New lighting, ventilation, signal fixtures, door operators, and non-proprietary control upgrades on Headquarters duplex #1-2, Skywalk #3 and Laboratory #4 elevators. o New finishes in existing Headquarters #1-2 car enclosures (Base Bid). o Replace existing Headquarters #1-2 car enclosures with new translucent panel car enclosures (Alternate Bid). o New finishes in existing Skywalk #3 and Laboratory #4 car enclosures. o Replace hydraulic pumping units Skywalk #3 and Laboratory #4 machine rooms. o Electrical conduit, wiring, lighting, receptacles, and switches. o New ventilation fan, thermostat, ducting, fire damper, and grilles in Headquarters #1-2 machine room. o New painted drywall ceiling in Headquarters #1-2 machine room. o New smoke detectors, existing smoke detector programming and existing smoke detector relocation. o Elevator maintenance services. o All other work defined in the specifications and shown on the plans.
