Bid Bond/Cashier's Check: 10%, Performance Bond: 100%, Material & Labor Bond: 100%. Contractor License: California Classification "A" or "C-10" (required at time of bid submission). Engineer's Estimate: $ 30,000.00. Contract Working Days: 20 Working Days.
