Question Submission Close Date 10/11/2022 10:00 AM CDT Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is seeking suppliers that can provide electrical power and control equipment. Supplier must demonstrate the ability to provide a very high level of customer service, and after the sale care. Proposals will be evaluated on many criteria deemed to be in the best interest of TSTC, including but not limited to price, product availability, responsiveness to the terms and conditions of this RFP, ability to meet specifications and references. Items: Circuit Breakers, Fuses, Panels and Disconnect Switches Contactors, Motor Starters, Soft Starters and Drives Pushbuttons, Switches, Lights, Relays and Timers Motors and Transformers Enclosures, Wireways and Wiring Accessories Electrical Testing Equipment This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Solicitation to cover all ten (10) TSTCs campuses. Multiple Awards will be made to the best qualified companies. Formal presentations may be requested from proposers to this solicitation at TSTCs request. No supplier is guaranteed any amount of sales, as TSTC requires product they will be shopped among the awarded suppliers from this RFP and others that have purchasing cooperative or state contracts. TSTC anticipates the contract to exceed $100,000 and will require that a HUB Subcontracting Plan be submitted. Suppliers are not required to meet the State of Texas HUB goals however, TSTC requires that all suppliers make a good faith effort in achieving those goals. If a SIGNED Execution of Offer and HUB Subcontracting Plan is not submitted the bid will be disqualified. This agreement will be for one (1) year with an option to renew for one (1) additional one (1) year period. TSTC reserves the right to award this contract in whole, in part, or not at all so that its best interest is served. TSTC also reserves the right to waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals received, to request additional information, and to negotiate with contractors. TSTC reserves the right to accept that bid which in its opinion, is in the best interest of TSTC.
