Berkeley County Government is soliciting qualification statements from firms to provide Professional Environmental Services for Brownfields Environmental Site Assessment and Related Activities. Offerors requiring additional information may submit their questions in writing. Questions may be directed to Kayla Dyson, Procurement Director, via email at Kayla.Dyson@berkeleycountysc.gov. The deadline for submitting written questions is October 20, 2022 @ 12:00 PM EST. Verbal information obtained otherwise will not be considered in the awarding of the bid. Consultant Services will begin upon receipt of the EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant and execution of a contract with the chosen Consultant. The estimated time for completion of the contracted services is approximately four (4) years to coincide with the grant period. PROJECT LOCATION: Census Tract 45015020201 (CT 202.01) in the City of St. Stephen, Berkeley County, South Caroline This Request for Qualifications does not commit Berkeley County to award a Contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a Qualification Statement or to procure or contract for the articles of goods or services. The County reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, to reject any or all Qualification Statements received as a result of this request, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this Request for Qualification, if it is in the best interest of the County to do so.
