The City of Medicine Hat Parks and Recreation Department is requesting for a quotes from a qualified contractors for the winter snow removal (project) on City Property. This will include snow removal on 5550 m of Parks Trail/Walkways, 150 m of Stairs, 60 m of Wheelchair Ramp and 1470 m2 of hardscape. The term of this contract will be one (1) year from the date of award. Prior to the expiry of the term and subject to mutual agreement of the City and the successful Proponent, this contract may be extended for additional periods of one (1) year each, up to a maximum of two (2) additional years. This may be preceded by a clarification and/or documented adjustment and agreement of unit rates beyond the 1-year term. The term of this contract shall not exceed 3 years.
