Reroofing of all low sloped areas of the main building with a overlay system consisting of a extruded high density foam recover board under a 50 mil. PVC mechanically attached single ply membrane system, fastened through the existing composite lightweight concrete / steel roof deck. This system will overlay the existing granulated asphaltic roll roofing. Low spots shall be infilled, and flash patched. b. The Main competition gym exposed fastener metal roof shall have all new perimeter trim, gutters, and downspouts. All existing exposed fasteners in the roof panels shall be changed out to oversize neoprene cupped washer screws. Separate sealed bids for, JOB # BC2022-01 Re-roofing and Metal Trim Replacement for Grant High School will be received by the Grant Parish School Board. The Instruction to Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement between Owner and Contractor, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Payment Bonds are part of and included in the Project Manual portion of the bid documents.
