Police JuryOs American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding, including State Fiscal Recovery Funds, and funding from Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), through the GovernorOs Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, FEMA Public Assistance, and Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs. The types of ARPA projects involved include building improvements to consist of replacing the windows on the Richland Parish Courthouse, replacing and/or upgrading the HVAC system in the courthouse, and other road, bridge, water and sewer improvements as funding allows. The Police Jury intends to match local ARPA funding to leverage other available Federal and/or State funded programs for projects eligible with ARPA rules and regulations. The Police Jury is soliciting qualifications statements for engineering services to assist with project scoping, preliminary engineering, design engineering, and construction related services. The intent of the Police Jury is to award a lump sum, fixed price contract with payment terms to be negotiated with selected firms based on funding programs allowable engineering fees. All responses will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria identified in the Request for Qualifications Packet.
