Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Titusville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

The project includes, but is not limited to, the concrete rehabilitation of the pretreatment building including rehabilitation of concrete surfaces in the channels, grouting channel floors, installing protective coatings, lining interior surfaces, removal and replacement of OC duct valve and flanges, removal of 12 inch DIP piping and replacing with new MJ Piping, removal of bar screen, removal and repair of door frame, removal of knife gate, replacement of slide gates, and painting of both interior and exterior surfaces. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bids Any bid received without Bid Bond for 5% of the Bid Total Price, Public Entity Crime Form, Scrutinized Company Form, Drug Free Workplace Form, Federal or other certifications contained herein, Proof of Insurance, may be considered incomplete and immediately disqualified. Any person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid as proscribed by Section 287.133, F.S. In addition, company must not be listed nor participating in activities described by Section 287.135, F.S. Payment and Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required as well as a 10% Maintenance Bond for this project.
