Agreement Term: Two (2) Years commencing upon contract award Plus two (2) x one (1) year extensions Bid Content UPLOAD 1 - PREQUALIFICATION SUBMISSION The Prequalification submission shall consist of the following components: Status in Relation to Manitoba Form (Form D1); Business Information and Experience (Form D2); and Technical Submission; NOTE: Bidders should not include references to prices within their Technical Submission.
