The Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority, Princeton, New Jersey (the "Authority"), is requesting sealed bids for the Supply and Delivery of Organic Liquid Polyelectrolyte. The contract will run from March 1, 2023 through February 29, 2024, for a one-year contract, or through February 28, 2025, if a two-year contract is awarded. Performance trials are required and will be conducted from October 24, 2022 through November 18, 2022. A Certified, Treasurers or Cashier's Check or bid bond in the sum of 10% of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be submitted with the sealed bid proposal along with the Non-Collusion Affidavit, Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Acknowledgement of Receipt of Notices, Revision or Addenda, Affirmative Action and Exhibit A Questionnaires, and Business Registration Certificate. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (P.L. 1975, C. 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Authority will evaluate bids and any award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with and as defined in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received in accordance with the law.
