Site work for a road / highway in Avard, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Work on this project includes removing and disposing of debris and lease roads, constructing 2 erosion control structures, applying rip-rap, grading, sodding, and planting. The estimated cost is over $50,000. The OERB is no longer sending hard copes of the scopes-of-work or bid forms. All contractors must submit an online application prior to bidding on OERB projects. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form included in the Bid Documents and in strict compliance with instructions on the form. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. If the bid exceeds $50,000.00, a cashier's check, a certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each bidder. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. A contract must be executed within twenty (20) days following the award to the successful bidder
