Site work for a water / sewer project in Fallbrook, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of apprx 930 LF of 8 PVC gravity sewer pipe & 8 manholes, coating 9 manholes and removal of shallow lift station. Const est - $195K For project docs, forward email request to JOYEJ@FPUD.COM Bids must be accompanied by cash, certified/cashiers chk, or Bid Bond in favor of FPUD in amt not less than 10% of Total Bid Price. Successful bidder must submit Performance Bond = 100% of contract price before execution of contract. Payment Bond = 100% of contract price must also be submitted. The work generally consists of the installation of approximately 930 linear feet of 8" PVC gravity sewer pipe and 8 manholes, coating 9 Manholes and removal of a shallow lift station. The construction estimate for this project is $195,000. Discrepancies in, and/or omissions from the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents or questions as to their meaning shall be immediately brought to the attention of District by submission of a written request for an interpretation or correction to District. Such submission, if any, must be sent to the Operations Specialist by emailing to joyej@fpud.com.
