The University requests the services of a contractor to provide a comprehensive, full service preventative maintenance HVAC water chemical treatment program for cooling towers, chilled water loops, hot water loops, closed loops, steam boilers and glycol systems at various locations throughout the UNC Charlotte campus. The Contract shall have an initial term of one (1) year, beginning on the date of contract award (the "Effective Date").
