**As of December 28, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. The anticipated date for award is not yet determined. The project is for a storage building at Mickel Park in the City of Wilton Manors. There is an existing structural slab that shall be utilized for the storage building structure. The City previously installed the slab and began construction of the storage building, however only the slab was inspected and approved by the Building Department. The contractor will be required to analyze the existing structure and if feasible, utilize what it already in place to permit and finish the project. If analysis determines the structure is not salvageable, a new prefabricated storage building shall be installed. The project will be partially funded through the Community Development Block Grant program and must meet all the appropriate federal guidelines. This project will consist into several phases with an alternate bid. Potential bidders must visit the site. A site visit will be conducted after the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting.
